The Brainerd Lakes Health system is a part of the Essentia Health network of health care systems. Brainerd Lakes Health has a governing Board of Directors to oversee fiscal responsibility and corporate policy for the entire system. In addition, St. Joseph's Medical Center has a board of directors, as does Brainerd Medical Center.
