Cancer Survivorship Picnic. Celebrate Life!

It's June, and a time when we come together with our families and friends to share in some summertime fun.  In this spirit of celebration, the Brainerd Lakes Cancer Center at St. Joseph's Medical Center wants to recognize a special group of people in our community, our Cancer Survivors.

We invite all cancer survivors and their families to join us for a celebration of life on June 16, 2010 from 5pm to 7pm in the Peace Garden at St. Joseph's Medical Center.  We'll be joining other communities around the country as we celebrate National Cancer Survivorship.  All the public is welcome, you don't need to attend with a cancer survivor.

Each Cancer Survivor will be honored with a special perennial plant, everyone can win prizes, connect with members of the Cancer Care Team, and tour the new Cancer Center located on the 5th floor at St. Joseph's Medical Center.
