St. Joseph's Medical Center Board of Directors

St. Joseph's Medical Center Board of Directors is made up of community members, physicians and Benedictine sisters. Each board member is elected to a 3-year term.

Chuck Albrecht

Chuck Albrecht joined the Board in August of 2005. Chuck is the President of the Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union in Brainerd, Minnesota.

 

 

Kevin Dens

Kevin joined the Board in November of 2008. He is a Dentist in Brainerd.

  

 

Sister Beverly Horn

Sister Beverly Horn joined the Board in August of 2005. Sister Beverly is a Consultant of the College of St. Scholastica Nursing Department in Duluth, Minnesota and Executive Director of Transcultural Nursing Society. Sister serves as Secretary to the Board.

 

Jim Kraft

Jim joined the Board in November of 2008. He is the President of Northern National Bank.

 

 

Robert McLean

Robert is the COO / General Manager of the Pequot Lakes division of Landis+Gyr (formerly Hunt Utilities Group, LLC). He joined the Board in August 2006, and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board.

 

 

Vanessa Menghini, M.D.

Dr. Menghini joined the Board in February, 2008. She is an internal medicine physician at Brainerd Medical Center. She also serves as Vice Chief of Staff at St. Joseph's Medical Center.

 

Christopher Metz, M.D.

Dr. Metz joined the Board in March of 2006. He is an Orthopedic Surgeon at Northern Orthopedics in Brainerd. Dr. Metz is also Chief of Staff at St. Joseph's Medical Center.

 

Sister Judith Oland

Sister Judith Oland joined the Board in August of 2005. Sister Judith is the Clinical Pastoral Education Coordinator/Supervisor at St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, Minnesota.

 

Paul Rud, M.D.

Dr. Rud joined the Board in August of 2003. He is an Orthopedic Surgeon at Northern Orthopedics in Brainerd. He serves as Treasurer of the Board.

 

 

Brooke Silvernail

Brooke joined the Board in August of 2003. He is the President of Architecture at Nor-son, Inc, in Baxter.

 

 

Jerry Walseth

Jerry joined the Board in August of 2004. He is the retired Superintendent for School District #181 in Brainerd.
